Julia Trice

Julia Trice

I am a long time knitter, and I have been designing knitwear for publication since my debut in Knitty’s Spring 2004 issue, the Honeymoon Cami. I design regularly for Twist Collective, and have published pieces in Classic Elite pamphlets and in several books, including Greetings from Knit Cafe, Boho Baby, and Knitting in the Sun.

My greatest pride is that I finally launched a line of independent patterns in 2011, under the store name Mind of Winter on Ravelry. You can also find me on Craftsy, Etsy, and Magcloud, where some of my patterns are available in print. My woefully neglected blog is mindofwinter. As of January 2013, I have my own website. Please visit as I add more features, and sign up to be notified of new pattern releases.
