Put your passion in your fashion!

They provide us with the best fibre known to humankind, so of course knitters love sheep! Declare your love with these pretty socks, designed for everyday wear in cool climes.

The Droving socks are knitted from the top down, with traditional heel and toe constructions. Decreases below the colourwork compensate for the change in tension/gauge when switching to plain stocking stitch. (The stocking stitch tension/gauge is 34 sts and 44 rounds per 10cm/4” after blocking.) The foot length is customisable.

The pictured socks were made with Harewood 4ply from Eden Cottage Yarns, a 100% wool yarn, made from Blue Faced Leicester wool in my beloved home county of Yorkshire.
