From Ann Kingstone’s “Lace Knits” book:
A top-down pullover is accented with a picot edge at the scooped neckline while lace decorates its bottom hem and cuffs. The set-in look of the 3/4 length sleeves is achieved by the clever use of short rows to complete this seamless garment.

The shoulders are constructed using the Ziggurat method, the brainchild of fellow designer Åsa Tricosa. Learn about it here.
