Abbreviations
K 3 tog: Slip 1 stitch loosely, knit 2 together, lift the loose stitch back over the knitted stitch.
M 1: Pick up the loop between the next to stitches and knit it through the back of the loop.
Kfb: Knit 1 into the front and 1 into the back of the same stitch.
1 hdc: half double crochet: Yarn over, insert your hook into the next stitch, yarn over and pull yarn through stitch, yarn over and pull through all 3 stitches on the hook.
