The Alga Shawl is a classic crescent shaped shawl, with eyelet and bobble details, and a picot cast off. Inspired by various algae, the shawl beautifully curls at its edges, and has a frilly, dainty quality.

Uses 4ply sock yarn
Total yardage if shawl is knit in one colour approximately 1200m
For four colour transitions the amount needed per colour to ensure adequate yardage;
A 200m (50g)
B 200m (50g)
C 400m (100g)
D 400m (100g)

3.5mm needles

Finished size being approximately 50cm deep, and 214cm span.
