This scarf was inspired by my daughter Anaiah. She picked this yarn out and wanted to knit a scarf. I helped her cast on and this was the end results. Enjoy!

The BG Scarf is a beginner level knit project. It uses only the knit stitch. It is knitted flat using chunky yarn and big needles. For experienced knitters, this makes a very quick project. It took me about an hour to hour and a half to knit this up. This scarf can be great for handmade Christmas gifts. It looks fabulous and it also makes a very warm scarf, perfect for the cold weather.

I don’t think gauge is very important on this project. Make this project a stress free and easy knit. Just grab your supplies and start knitting. This project requires 1 skein of yarn but if your desire to have a longer scarf purchase 2 skeins.

32 yards of Super Chunky - Jumbo yarn (more yards if you want a longer scarf)
US 19 (15 mm) Knitting Needle
Scissors
Large Eye Craft Needle for weaving in ends (optional) - you can use your hands if necessary

The Measurement of this scarf is:
Length: 52 inches - 132 cm
Width: 4 inches -10 cm
