This gorgeous openwork shrug, oversized and scrumptious, is the perfect layering piece for your summery tops and strappy dresses. Seafoam lace, worked by simply dropping stitches, is a wonderfully easy pattern for every level of knitter, with results that make heads turn.

The Clareta Shrug is knit flat in seafoam pattern throughout and seamed after blocking to measurements by folding the piece in half. Openings are left for arms and stitches are picked up after seaming for cuffs and the front rib.
