This keyboard cover makes a great gift. You can knit it in school colors or company colors or favorite colors. Make it stripey, add a monogram, or embellish it, as I did, with a fun pompom trim from a fabric store. The pattern, as written, fits a standard keyboard. If you need to adjust the size, add or subtract stitches based on your gauge. If you prefer a straight rectangular cover, just eliminate the increases and decreases.
