ERRATA ALERT:
After joining new yarn at center front (while dividing for front and back), the 46 right front stitches should be worked as k2, (p3, k1tbl, p3, k4) 2 (3, 4) times., etc. (The pattern as written shows (p3, k1tbl, p2, k4) in the brackets. The p2 should be a p3 if the front bodice pattern is to flow.)

Kristeen describes this pattern in French Girl Knits-“Delphine almost ended up on the cutting room floor when, at the eleventh hour, I boldly chopped off the entire third. Thankfully, something new and better did emerge-a modern lace corset fashioned from hem to neckline in dreamy alpaca silk with tiny picot edges.”
