Dune is a loose-fitting tee with an unusual sleeve construction. Front and Back are knit in plain stockinette from the bottom up flat and then joined at the side- and shoulder-seams. The armholes and sleeves are worked as part of Front and Back. Neckline, sleeves and hem are decorated with a trim worked in the round from the stitches picked up along the edges.

You can choose to knit the tee in a single colour or striped. For the sample I used a gradient yarn for a more interesting effect.

This tutorial gives you detailed step-by-step instructions for the whole process, including written instructions, charts, photo- and video-tutorials.
