Everyday Frippery is a toe up sock inspired by the Firefly character Kaylee Frye. As a mechanic, Kaylee doesn’t have much occasion to wear the pretty things she loves. But why not pretty socks for everyday wear?
The socks are decorated with daisy chains and butterflies. The picot bind off adds a fun bit of whimsy.
These socks are casual enough for everyday or could be dressed up for a shindig.
The socks are written for magic loop but could be adjusted for dpns or one short circular. You will need 300 to 400 yards of sockweight yarn.
