Fox Fundraiser
My daughter, Audrey, is interning at the Borgen Project this semester.
The Borgen Project is a non-profit, anti-poverty campaign that strives for helping those in need all over the world. For more on their methodology, visit this link: https://borgenproject.org/about-us/
All money from sales of this Fox Pattern, less fees from Ravelry/PayPal, will be donated to the Borgen Project.
This listing is for my original crochet amigurumi Fox pattern.
The pattern is super easy to make, I have included lots of photo to help you along the way!
The finished Fox measures 12 inches tall, and 9 inches wide
Materials:
Super Bulky Weight yarn: (I used Bernat’s Blanket Yarn) Orange, White, Blue and Black
Optional- since the Black used is such a small amount, I have included instructions to make the nose with Black Worsted Weight Yarn, and you will need a G-hook if you make the nose of Worsted Weight yarn.
Poly-fill stuffing
Optional- I have included instructions on how to incorporate Memory Foam in addition to the Poly-fill stuffing, this will make your Fox squishier. Depending on how thick your memory foam is, you will be cutting it up into ½ inch cubes and will need a couple of handfuls.
Size L crochet hook
(If you are using Worsted Weight yarn for the nose: Size G crochet hook)
Yarn Needle
Black Safety Eyes- one pair 12 mm.
Techniques:
Single crochet
Half Double Crochet
Increasing and Decreasing
Crochet in a spiral and flat
My amigurumi Fox is super fast and easy to make!
