Designer’s note: Spike stitches can be a bit fiddly, but there is nothing else like their effect. Just take them slow to get them neat. The rest of the pattern is pretty straightforward and easy to do. The testers rated this at a skill level.

Two versions of the pattern are included for download - a photo-rich version and a no-frills, printer-friendly, text-mostly version that includes a single small photo.
