The Ivy Neck Warmer is made vertically, flat, in one piece. Repeating panels are connected as you go. The Ivy stitch pattern is created using short rows and slip stitches that are smoothly integrated into the upper and lower ribbing edges.

44 sts = 7 inches; 42 rows = 2 1/4 inches
The pattern is based on a one-option chart to preserve a convenient trapezoid shape.
If you choose a different yarn, for the gauge use the main panel instructions to study the pattern and adjust the hook size to your yarn choice so that your stitches look nice and even.
Block it without fastening off and if it does satisfy you, keep working as many panels as needed based on the gauge size and your preferences.
