The hip measurements range from 21 inches (1 year) to 21 inches (12 years).



Note:

Yardage based on worsted-weight yarn with a gauge of approximately 4.5 to 5 sts per inch. 



Make a gauge swatch with your desired yarn and use the favorite skirt worksheet to guide you while knitting.

Greetings from Knit Cafe:
This playful skirt is one of Knit Cafe's signature patterns. When I first introduced it, moms and grandmothers who saw it in the shop were to make it for the young girls in their lives. As time went on, I started getting calls from all over the country, explaining that a little girl they knew had been coveting it ever since she spotted it on a friend. Not surprisingly, the kids in our Kids' Club were drawn to the skirt as well. Once we had decided to make it a Kids' Club project - and saw all the fun, crazy combinations the kids came up with - we decided to name the skirt.
