From Stitch Diva: These felted, knit slippers are a stylish new take on a classic knitting project. But don’t be fooled by the beaded embellishment – these rugged slippers are designed to be worn daily and feature a 2-layer cushy sole, easy slip-on design and comfortable proportions that are meant for every day use.

In addition to updated styling, these slippers introduce some fun new techniques. Knit in one piece with an “attach-as-you-go” method, they require just one T-shaped seam each. No pre-stringing of beads is required – the beads are attached to the stitches as they are worked and then a shibori technique is used for keeping the beads prominent during the felting process. We feature four different samples, each with different beading options, color schemes and felting yarns - to provide ideas for personalizing your own project.

Yarn Information: Any worsted or bulky weight feltable yarn may be used - 760 yards worsted weight held double stranded, or 380 yards bulky weight.

Size Information: Pattern is designed for average adult females. Felt to size.
