The Light Show Wrap is a colorfully bright perspective on the holiday season. Inspired by net lights, it is intended to be worn as a lap blanket or shoulder wrap while enjoying drive-thru holiday light shows followed by a mug of hot chocolate. The knitting process is also fun as it uses basic knit stitches with color changing yarn that allow the floats to create the design.

Pattern is worked flat, meaning you will turn for every row.

Body of wrap is constructed from the bottom up in rows using circular needles to hold the weight of all the stitches. Then, finished with a garter stitch mitered border.

No need to cut yarn for color changes. To switch
colors, continue knitting in pattern while floating
unused color as instructed.

Two colors needed:
Color A - 2 skeins of Mandala Ombre in “Happy” or approximately 576 yards of medium weight level 4 yarn
Color B - 5 skeins of Feels like Butta in “White” or approximately 936 yards of medium weight level 4 yarn

Finished measurements:
24” tall
60” wide
1.5” border
