After designing the Everlasting Bagstopper, I had a whole bunch of things I wanted to tweak for the better in a new version of the pattern. Finally, it’s here!

I didn’t change the one thing that makes this bag unique: it still folds into itself, becoming a little soft bundle to tuck in your purse or backpack, making sure it’s around when you need it!

Here’s what I did change: The original was monstrously, impractically huge; this one holds a lot, but not so much that you can’t carry it once it’s full. The bottom of the bag has been finessed so that it looks nicer and keeps little things inside better. The new yarn suggested is Hempathy, just as washable as the original 100% hemp, and more affordable. And the bag now has integrated handles designed in, I think :), a clever way, growing out of the short sides of the bag. I hope you enjoy the new version!
