This asymmetric shawlette is worked from a cast on edge of 11 stitches (3 with color A and 8 with color B). The ruffle edge (color B) is worked as you knit along the edge of the shawlette using simple kf&b increases + yarn overs and binding off. The ruffle also gets larger as the shawlette increases in length. Work to desired length or according to pattern. An I-cord bind off is used to create the smooth edge of the shawlette. Optional bead is used to finish the I-cord.

The pattern uses 2 colors of yarn, approx 450 of color A and 225 of color B. Changing the wt of yarn or needle size will change yardage requirements.
