Outfit your new baby boy in these sweet hats (most are really gender-neutral). Choose between puppy dog, elephant, bee, football or sailing (sailboats), or why not make them all! Main design of each hat uses mosaic dropped dc technique which is formed by cleverly placed dropped dc stitches worked in front loop of stitch 2 rnds below and sc worked in back lp of st. All color changes are done at beginning of rnds so you are only working with one color at a time. Unused yarn color is carried up at seam, so not many ends to sew in! Instructions given for sizes 2 weeks-3 months and 3-6 months plus suggestions for making larger sizes. Written instructions included plus optional graphs. Easy to intermediate skill.

Sizing chart we used for the hats:
2 weeks – 3 months
14” head circumference; 13 – 13.5” hat circumference; 4.45 – 4.75” crown circle dia.; 5.5 – 6” hat height (top of crown to bottom of hat).

2 weeks – 3 months
15” head circumference; 14 – 14.5” hat circumference; 5” crown circle dia.; 6 – 6.25” hat height (top of crown to bottom of hat).
