by Kelly Mac
This jacket is knit sideways. It is knit in 3 pieces. The back and fronts are knit as one piece and the sleeves are knit separately and sewn in. The jacket has an off -center front opening that overlaps slightly. It can be knit in all garter stitch or with a combination of simple stitches suggested in the pattern. The sleeves are knit so that the stripes are vertical making the arm appear thinner.
