There is a pattern for great friend and also keen hiker called OTTO the Turtle.

This nice buddy will be soon a part of nice book called ZOOMIGURUMI2 so you will have a chance to meet him there too.

The finished toy is about 30 cm tall (seated) and has “movable” legs so he can sit and stand as well.

The pattern is not too difficult and should be fine for any medium skilled crocheter.
