This family Beanie has a garter stitch brim and is then worked in a combination of stocking stitch and garter stitch stripes. Irish Tweed yarn can be purchased from my Knitting Patterns Online website.

Pattern sizes: Age 2-5 yrs, 6-10 yrs, Teen, Lady and Man.

To fit head: 52 (54-55-56-59) cm 20½ (21¼-21¾-22-23) ins.

Yarn required: Irish Tweed, 50g balls@110m.
1 (1-1-1-1) ball 1st Colour (C1 – Liscannor 41).
1 (1-1-1-1) ball 2nd Colour (C2 – Henbane 37).

Needles required: A pair of 4.00mm UK 8, US 6 knitting needles.
Wool needle for sewing up.

Tension: 19 sts and 28 rows to 10cm 4 ins over stocking st, using 4.00mm needles.
