Sometimes you just need a big, patterned shawl that is also stylishly simplistic. The center of Ring of Stones is one plain color, and the edge is rimmed with a simple pattern. The square-shaped shawl is folded into a triangle, giving the shawl more structure and elegant look than a plain triangle shawl. Ring of Stones fits the shoulders beautifully or can be spun around the neck depending on whether you want a stylish and gorgeous accessory to a party or to the office or a charming and warming accessory for more relaxed style.

The knitting is started with first knitting a small square for the center of the shawl. Stitches are picked up from the sides of square, making the shawl bigger. This way you don’t need to be annoyed with the small stitch amount right from the beginning, so the knitting is relaxing and pleasant right from the start, although this requires a little more work. Because the pattern is formed by picking up stitches, the shawl is always knitted with one color at a time. The center of the shawl is knitted with stocking stitch. The edge of the shawl has a narrow ribbing with twisted stitches.

Finished Measurements: 39” / 100cm long, 39 / 100cm wide, 55” / 140 cm the diameter of the shawl. Measurements taken after blocking.
