This beautiful blanket uses a new crochet technique called “rose petal crochet.” It is an understated version of a crocodile stitch because it has a similar (though different) overall look and is worked in a much easier way.

This new technique creates beautiful texture, with layered, staggered shells.

You may make this blanket to any size. Sample blanket measured approx. 40” square and used 5700 yards of a sport weight yarn.
