From Schachenmayr:
This over-sized lace vest is knit in one-piece from the bottom back, up to the neck, and then down the front (left is worked first after putting right on holder). The sides are then seamed and ribbed touches along the drop sleeves, front panels and collar are knitted utilizing short rows in the sleeves. The garment is designed to be worn with a belt.

From The Making Spot:
Designed with relaxed spring days in mind, this short-sleeved cardigan features an interesting lace pattern and a flattering collar. It has been created without buttons, to slip on over a top or dress. The back and fronts are worked in one piece, starting at the lower edge of the back. It’s knitted in an aran-weight cotton yarn from Schachenmayr SMC, called Catania Grande, which comes in a wide range of bright colors.
