Contrasting stripes, diagonal lines, and bold colour on a canvas of garter stitch is the epitome of relaxed knitting. The unique shape, a slightly asymmetrical triangle, worked sideways, builds, shifts, and decreases ever so beautifully, promising a shawl that is as tantalizing to knit as it is to wrap up in.

This sideways triangular shawl has a slightly asymmetrical shape to it. It begins at a single point and grows to the deepest point, increasing every other row. Then a series of decreases are worked at a slightly slower rate, gradually narrowing to a single point.
A circular needle is indicated to accommodate the number of stitches.
