Sentiers is a rectangular shawl in worked in 7 colors of beautiful Koigu KPPPM fingering yarn. The shawl uses an easy to remember sequence of knits and purls using pairs of colors in each of the three sections. A unique edging is worked separately and added to each end.

Size: 66” long x 21”wide after blocking (50” x 19” before blocking).

Materials:

Koigu KPPPM 50g/175yd.
1 skein each of colors 1 & 2
2 skeins each of colors 3 & 4
1 skein each of colors 5 & 6
1 skein of color 7(edging)
Needles size 4 – circular or straight
Yarn needle for finishing
Optional: small crochet hook (size B or C) for attaching the edging.

Gauge: 26 sts = 4” over sequence pattern.

Designing your wrap:

Each set of colors (1&2, 3&4, 5&6) will be striped in the pattern stitch. Choose colors that have some contrast – as much or as little as you like!
You’ll start with the first combo(1&2), then the longer center section in the next combo(3&4) and finish with combo(5&6). The edging is knit separately and then applied afterward.
