ABOUT SEQUIN
Sequin is a star. Unlike regular poodles, Sequin’s act does not involve agility or tricks but rather, she is one of the most talented ballet dancers in the known universe. Her natural grace and elegance combined with boundless stamina and discipline have sky-rocketed her to the top of the ballerina halls of fame from a young age, where she remains unrivalled on her podium as the best ballerina alive today. Rumour has it that Sequin can magically turn herself into a liquid form when she dances, leaving her audience star-struck at the impossibly agile flow of her performance.

ABOUT THE PATTERN
This pattern is part of the Projectarian’s Year of Fur event, where all Projectarian patterns are fur themed for 2022. Sequin’s special furry feature is clearly her fancy hairdo. She can be made as different breeds of dogs by distributing the fur in different ways, leaving it longer, trimming it shorter or straightening it to mimic the type of dog you’re aiming to create; you can even omit the fur completely. This model is made in a rigid standing pose with a body that is crocheted in multiple pieces and assembled by hand sewing.
