Sheepskin Boots
The luxurious slipper boots will keep your feet snug, warm and stylish! The soft, bobbled cuffs remind me of sheepskin, which is what inspired the name for this pattern.
The boot bottoms are crocheted using bulky weight yarn (up to 130 yards). The cuffs are done with a DK or light worsted weight yarn (up to 125 yards). Uses crochet hook size I (5.5 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge.
Includes shoe sizes:
Ladies S (5-7)
Ladies M (7.5-8.5)
Ladies L (9+)
Stitches used include - magic ring, ch, sl st, sc, hdc, and a special stitch called an “insert cast on half double treble”. There are photos for how to do the special stitch and also a link to a video tutorial demonstrating the stitch.
Skill level: Intermediate
Pattern is written in standard American terms.
