The pattern package includes instructions for both hats shown, including charts for the core pattern as well as charts unique to each hat.

Sizing can be accomplished by using smaller yarn/needles -- for example an infant size can be done with soft sock yarn on Size 2 or 3, and using a rolled edge instead of ribbing. Knitters are encouraged to modify and adapt the basic technique for their own tastes.
