This true lace triangular shawl is both eye-catching and perfect for all four seasons. It is knit with a light weight yarn and features one “true lace” stitch and one simpler lace edging border stitch.

The pattern contains instructions for two different sizes. The smaller one is the one shown. There are also instructions for an optional crochet edging, as well as instructions for optional tassels.

The stitches are charted out and written out.

Skill Level: Intermediate + .

The sample was knit out of Mrs. Crosby’s Hat Box yarn, in colorway Hollywood Cerise.

The sample was expertly pattern tested by Marie Franzosa, who can be reached at: franzosm@math.oregonstate.edu.
