Ulises, the Robot
This is Ulises, a robot based on a drawing by my eldest son, Iñaki. He has many purposes, all of them extremely useful. He can sharpen pencils and find socks that have lost their fellow companions. He can make untie-able knots on sneaker laces and tidy up toys when mom shouts “Go clean your room NOW!”. He can also inflate rugby balls and bicycle tires. But the best thing is that he needs no batteries. Just a lot of love!
Here’s its pattern, so that you can crochet one at home!
Materials:
- Crochet hook 3.00
- 100% cotton yarn for a 3.00 crochet hook (three colors needed)
- A pair of safety ejes
- Tapestry needle
- Soft stuffing like polyfiber fill
Note: Ulises measures 15 cm approximately. Of course should you use a different yarn calling, measures will vary.
