Water Lily Mitts
yarn
chickadee / bird’s egg 106
1 skein
crochet hook
one hook size US F/5 (3.75 mm)
gauge
2 stitch pattern repeats and 8 rnds = 3 ½“ in waterlily patt
(see chart page 23), after blocking.
notes
When designing these, my goal was to create a
lovely pair of fingerless mitts that are, from first glance,
obviously crocheted. I love the combination of openwork
and crochet’s unique puff stitch. And how dainty they
turned out.
