This design is all about squishy cables, and a fun, intuitive knit!

It is worked seamlessly in the round, from the top down starting with the collar. The yoke is shaped with evenly spaced increases in between the cable panels. At the bottom of the yoke, short rows are worked to raise the back, and at the same time raglan increases are worked in order to complete the increases needed, as well as adding a few more sts to the front relative to the back of the sweater.

Intended to fit with 2 - 6 inches (5 - 15 cm) of ease around the chest. The body length from underarm is approximately 12 - 13 inches (30 - 32 cm) (depending on size). If you wish to lengthen it, you may require more yarn than given below.

Use an aran weight or a plump worsted weight yarn, or any combination of thinner yarns that works up to a medium dense fabric at the pattern gauge. My sample is knit in Katia Concept Cotton Merino, and I’ve offered a few other suggestions above as well.
