Yellowstone Brand Scarf
Here’s the story behind this scarf. My dad started watching the Yellowstone TV Show recently and likes it a lot. He asked me to get him a specific sweater from a specific shop online. He even sent me the link to make it easy for me to shop.
I ordered it, excited that dad would get exactly what he had wanted. I waited about 2 weeks before the item came. Finally it arrived and I opened it to see how it looked. Nope. Not even close to what I ordered!! No way to order another one. Not enough time.
So I quickly looked up what imagery I could find online pertaining to the Yellowstone show. Found the Dutton Ranch brand and quickly put together a design that I could knit up fast.
And here it is. A scarf that has a repeated pattern that’s easy to memorize and that has subtle meaning for those who know what the Dutton Ranch brand looks like.
I hope you enjoy it! (Hope dad does too!)
Special thanks to my son for modeling!

Pattern notes:
This double knit scarf was inspired by the TV show called Yellowstone. The Dutton Ranch brand is repeated throughout the scarf and can be seen on both sides, due to the reversible double knitting technique. I recommend using a solid color yarn and a gradient yarn, but you can use whatever colors you like.
