Fager is a Norwegian word that isn’t very common anymore. It means beautiful, and has a pureness to it. We named this yarn Fager after the Norwegian woods, spring sun, mountains and country side.

This yarn comes from the heart of Norway. The merino comes from the mill’s neighbour farm. And the mill itself has mohair goats. We have visited the mill and can promise that this yarn is made with love and great handicraft every step of the way.

The tops is dyed before spinning, creating a gorgeous play of colours. The yarn looks hand spun and therefore has irregularities. It is a soft 2-ply yarn that softens even more when washed.“
