I love working with my hands and I am a longtime multi-crafter since childhood. I learned to knit, crochet and sew in elementary school back in Switzerland but have lived now in the US for the last 20+ years.

My designs have been published in major knitting & crochet magazines, as book contributions, with online magazines, and by yarn companies and if time allows, I self-publish some of my patterns.

I’m also a regular freelance tech editor for Interweave (knit & crochet), Craftsy, and indie designers, a national workshop instructor, and founder of LocalFibers.com.

After acting as Interim Project Editor for all Interweave Crochet and Crochetscene issues for most of 2015, I am back to more of my own crafting time.
