SUMMARY: This is a woman’s round-neck cardigan with drop-shoulders and long sleeves. The body and sleeves are worked separately in the round and steeks are used to insert the sleeves into the body. The sweater features a medallion flower design on the body and sleeves. A band of larger flower medallions and patterned stripes borders the bottom of the cardigan and sleeves. The patterned stripes are used at the tops of the sleeves, the neckline and button bands. The lower edge of the body, sleeve cuffs and button bands are self-faced with a purl turning row. Crocheted button loops are added for closure.
