The hat is knitted using 2 strands of Red Heart Yarn.
Knit flat with one pair of straight needles. (Experienced knitters can use circular or dpns.)

The tutorial comes with lots of pictures as explanation.
This is a simple pattern, with instructions also included for the embellishments you see decorating the hat.

The pattern comes with all sizes from newborn to adult, however, caution should always be used when placing hats with long tails on very young children who can move about.
This design was intended as a photo prop for very young children. Older children, preteen, teens and adults, this hat is fun!
