MATERIALS:
Worsted weight yarn, worked 2 strands OR chunky yarn (Red Heart Super Saver used, 2 - 3 skeins, (800-1200 yards)
(S: 600 yds M:800 yds L: 1000 yds XL: 1200 yds)
15 mm straight knitting needles (US 19)

This beach cover-up is worked flat,
as 2 rectangles similar to scarves,
(fringe is optional),
then a cord is passed through the top, approx. 4 inches down from the top,
and the cords are tied at the shoulders to form the straps.
The sides are sewn together
(I left slits along the sides).

RED HEART CHUNKY YARN OR 2 STRANDS OF WW YARN
S: 85 yds chunky OR 170 yds ww;
M-L: 95 yds chunky,or 190 yds ww;
L-XL: 105 yds chunky,or 210 ww
