3 Strikes
A fun and easy Corner to Corner stitch bag! Two tricolour stripes on the front and one on the back.
Materials:
Cotton aran weight yarn such as Rico Creative Cotton or DropsParis. 2 X 50g balls for main colour (MC), 3 x contrasting colours: 1 x 50g ball of each.
3.5mm hook
Buttons (I use three but you can as many or as few as you like).
Lining (optional)
Needle for sewing in ends!
Needle and thread for sewing on buttons
Abbreviations:
beg = beginning, BPtr = back post treble, ch = chain, ch-sp = chain space, dc = double crochet
FPtr = front post treble, st(s) = stitch(es), sp(s) = space(s), sl st = slip stitch
tr = treble , rep = repeat
Finished size: Approx 19 x 26cm
Notes:
The pattern is written in UK terms.
1 block = 3ch & 3tr.
Tension is not important for this project but please bear in mind that you don’t want a loose structure in your fabric.
Use the written pattern in conjunction with the colour chart.
The colour order of blocks is included.
