A Sister's Love
When we have a loved one, friend, sibling, or pet we are really close with we tend to “sync” up. Whether it is in thought, actions, or anticipating each other’s next moves. As with the Grocery Girls. I adore their podcast, their relationship, and their ridiculous way of being so, so real. Sometimes we do need to remember to laugh at ourselves, or others lol. Or talk about snot, hey we all do it right? A Sister’s Love, be it biological or not, will always be the strongest bond.
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:
-55” tip to tip across the top,
-46” BO edge,
-26” deep.
MATERIALS:
For this shawl I used the Grocery Girls inspired Tightly Knit Kit from Hue Loco. You will need approx. 50gr each of 4 colors. Any weight of yarn may be used for this pattern.
Size US 7 Needles, one Circular or two straights.
At least (18) stitch markers. Do not be afraid by this for the main pattern you will only need 2, the rest are for the BO edge.
Optional Blocking Materials, gram scale, and additional colors.
NOTES:
You may work this pattern to any size, so it is perfect for using up all of the yarn you have. Regardless of what size needles you use, or weight of yarn, the Pattern will remain the same. You will be working this Shawl from the top Left corner to the Right side to give you an idea of orientation as you go. If you wish for a tighter fabric just swatch and go down a needle size or two. The fabric that I created is blocking optional. Also, it is REVERSABLE, two Shawls in one! There are countless ways to wear this Shawl, it is big enough for so many options.
