This wonderful shawlette is worked from side to side with a gorgeous edging that makes it more extravagant. To add to the flare of the shawl, I have worked simple short rows that add to the beauty of the shawlette. Alborz is a mountain range in Northern Iran with a wide range of flora and fauna. The edging of this shawlette reminds me of the gorgeous flowers of the area and the nice cool breeze in the hot summer.

This shawlette is part of the Summer 2013 issue of lace ‘n More magazine. By purchasing this pattern you will receive patterns for “Lilac in Bloom Vest” and “Fuchsia Top” too.
