I used Paintbox Yarns Simply Aran (201 yds/184 m per 100 g) and Stylecraft Special Aran (214 yds/196 m per 100 g) in different colors and in the following amounts:

– JUMBO – SIZE 22.4” (57 cm) by 11” (28 cm) – YARDAGE 530 yds (485 m)
– REGULAR – SIZE 18.1” (46 cm) by 8.9” (22.5 cm) – YARDAGE 312 yds (285 m)
– SMALL – SIZE 12.6” (32 cm) by 6.3” (16 cm) – YARDAGE 181 yds (165.5 m)
– MINI – SIZE 5.9” (15 cm) by 3.75” (9.5 cm) – YARDAGE 41 yds (37.5 m)

Feel free to use any yarn that meets the gauge.

GAUGE
– Sc Sections – 4.5 rounds in sc in 2” (5 cm) or 16 sts per 17 rows in 4” (10 cm)
– Alpine St Section – 15 sts per 14 rows in 4” (10 cm).
