The slipover is worked from the bottom up and in rounds until the armholes. The check pattern is divided on the sidelines of the body by small stripes in seed stitch.
Afterwards, the back and front piece are worked separately and flat, with the front piece being a quarter repeat longer at the outside edge of the shoulder and half repeat longer on the neckline so that the patterns of both pieces logically complement each other on the shoulders. Thus, the shoulder line is slightly offset in the upper back area.

Der Pullunder wird von unten nach oben und bis zu den Armausschnitten in einem Stück in Runden gestrickt. Das Karomuster wird dabei an den Seitenlinien des Rumpfs durch einen kleinen Seitenstreifen im Perlmuster unterteilt.
Anschließend werden Rücken- und Vorderteil getrennt und in HR und RR weitergearbeitet; das VT ist dabei an der Außenkante der Schulter um einen Viertelrapport, an der Halsausschnittseite der Schulter um einen halben Rapport länger (damit sich die Muster von VT und RT an den Schultern logisch ergänzen); die Schulterlinie liegt dadurch minimal versetzt im oberen Rückenbereich.
