This is a pattern for a shrug worked in the round and flat. Each sleeve is worked individually and the fronts are shaped using German Short Rows, the back panels are grafted, and finally, the button band trim is worked in the round.

The size may be adjusted for sleeve length, shoulder to shoulder width, along with the button band width (2 widths are given in pattern). If you make large adjustments, this will affect your yarn amounts. If you are working the larger size, 2 skeins of Wolle’s sport gradient should work fine for the shrug body, plus an additional skein for the button band.
