Baby Poppet is knitted flat and assembled. The legs, body and head are knitted as one piece, then a simple seam is sewn from inside leg to outer hip to form the hip joints, this makes the legs nice and floppy and a very huggable doll.

Baby Poppet measures inches 9 inches/23cms sitting and 13 inches/33cms from head to toe.

If you wish to use Aran/Worsted Weight in place of Double Knit, please use 3.5mm/4US needles. In order for the outfits to also fit it is important that you use Aran/Worsted Weight for those also, following the needle sizes suggested on the ball band. Your Baby Poppet will be slightly bigger, but will still be in proportion.

Safety eyes are not recommended for children under the age of 3. If you wish to add ribbons or adornments to your finished Baby Poppet please ensure they are sewn securely in place.
