Thanks to Penny, who found the following errors:
Top:
Row 4 - change the instructions to sc in each of the next 3 sts (not 2)

Bottom:
Row 20 - the number of sts (in brackets) should be 18.
This has a knock-on effect, as row 22 finishes with 16 sts and not 15.
