The Barcelona Square is a pretty square that takes on a different look when worked in 1, 2 or 3 colors. Work this square in 1 color, and it’s all about the texture; work it in 2 and watch the center motif pop up or use 3 colors for a color blocked, bold look! This square would be great in combination with others for an afghan or bedspread, but if you aren’t feeling inspired for such a large project, try two of them together to make a throw pillow or tote bag!
